On Pins and Needles
Sampler Quilt Block of the Month
The pattern will be handed out at the beginning of each class. It is not necessary to cut ahead you will have enough time in class to cut and sew the block together.
Fabric It's is hard to say exactly how much yardage you will need. Plan on approximately ¼ of a yard per block. To make 12 blocks you will likely need about 3 yards for the blocks only. I recommend at least 8 – 12 different colors or prints. If you want a bigger quilt you will need more fabric.
Suggestions for fabric 8-12 (or more) different fat quarters or ¼ yard fabric
Background Fabric - If you are using the same background color for all your blocks you will need
